Cautions / Warning

Feeding Recommendations

220-300 grams (8-10 ounces) per head per day. Product should be available continuously. Locate tubs near a source of water, salt or loafing areas. On open range locate tubs where animals congregate near gaps or along trails. Variables in consumption could be temperature, humidity, type of animal, animal size, stage of production and animal health. The quality, source, availability of roughage and/or light grain may also affect consumption. Measure product upon first introduction to figure consumption. Tub holds approximately 3.2 kg/cm (18 lb. /in). Increase consumption by decreasing number of head or adding another tub. To reduce consumption, increase number of head or move tubs away from congregating areas. If this fails, remove a tub.
