Supplement for Beef Cattle

This protein, energy, concentrated vitamin and mineral package is specifically formulated for use on growing and mature beef cattle to compliment roughage (grass hay or dry grass pasture) and/or light grain. Provide plenty of drinking water and free choice salt.

Feeding Recommendations

2/3 to 1 ½ pounds per head per day. Product should be available continuously. Locate tubs near a source of water, salt or loafing areas. On open range locate tubs where animals congregate, near gaps or along trails. Variables in consumption could be temperature, humidity, type of animal, animal size, stage of production and animal health. The quality, source, availability of roughage and/or light grain may also affect consumption. Measure product upon first introduction to figure consumption. Tub holds approximately 3.2 kg/cm (18 lb. per inch). Increase consumption by decreasing number of head or adding another tub. To reduce consumption, increase number of head or move tubs away from congregating areas. If this fails, remove a tub. Always provide a fresh, clean source of water and free choice salt.

Recommended Stocking Ratio

It is suggested that one 250# container be available for every 35-50 head.
